I am a new student and I wish to learn Pranayama. Why is there no Pranayama class being offered for new students? We do not offer Pranayama sessions in isolation to new students. The practice of asanas is essential for a harmonious functioning of all the systems in the body. This in turn prepares one physically, psychologically and mentally to take to the practice of Pranayama. So, we recommend that as new students, you first attend the Beginner classes and then in due time you will be given the option to attend Pranayama classes.
