Refund Policy

  • All class fees, once paid, are non-transferable. Classes are allotted on the basis of individual eligibility criteria and non-transferable under any circumstances. 

  • RIMYI reserves the right to cancel your admission without issuing a refund, should we find that you have registered for a class that you are not eligible for. It is your responsibility to read the Eligibility Criteria carefully and register for the classes accordingly.

  • Refund Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should meet the criteria for reasonable and plausible cause for not being able to attend the  classes that have been registered and duly paid for by the concerned student and should be supported with the relevant documents/information/medical reports/certificates etc. as may be applicable. RIMYI reserves the right to reject any Refund Request at its sole discretion if the same does not seem plausible and reasonable. 

  • Refund Requests shall be considered subject to the following:

    • 75% of the fees may be refunded in respect of any Refund Request made before 30th April 2024. 

    • 50% of the fees may be refunded in respect of any Refund Request made between 1st May 2024 to 14th May 2023.

    • No Refund Request shall be considered after 15th May 2024.

  • Refund Requests if any made after 15th May 2024 for OFFLINE class may be considered at the sole discretion of the authorities at RIMYI in case of any exceptional circumstances or supervening impossibility and allowed/disallowed/partially allowed only after examining the relevant documents, information duly provided by the concerned student in this regard.

  • Refund Requests if any made after 15th May 2024 for ONLINE classes shall not be considered under any circumstances as the process of electronic transmission of the link for attending the online classes shall be underway and can be susceptible to misuse. For the same reason once the link for attending the online classes is shared with the student, they shall not be permitted to seek transfer to any other class on any ground whatsoever.

  • Refund Request may be made subject to the aforesaid by sending an email to with all the details, documents, information, medical reports, certificates etc. as maybe applicable.

  • Please allow up to 14 days from the time we get your email for getting a response on the status of your Refund Request and further process.
