Refund Policy

  • All class fees, once paid,  are non-transferable.

  • RIMYI reserves the right to cancel your admission without issuing a refund, should we find that you have registered for a class that you are not eligible for. It is your responsibility to read the eligibility criteria carefully and register for the classes accordingly.

  • Refund Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should meet the criteria for reasonable and plausible cause for not being able to attend the online classes. 

 

  • In such cases, please send an email to support@rimyi.zendesk.com with all the details for us to proceed with the refund process.

 

  • Please allow upto 14 days from the time we get your email for your refund to be processed.

  • Refund requests can be denied or partially refunded on a pro-rated basis, depending on the nature of the individual case.
