Class Details and Eligibility
- Two sessions per day of up to 2 hours each for the duration of the course - One session of asana/pranayama class and second session of QnA/Presentations etc. Eligibility: - Students of RIMYI, teachers recognised by RIMYI and their trainees (minimum 5 years of experience)
